BARNSTORMERS is a unique, one-hour, television pilot, about aviator Michelle Goodeve and her love of antique biplanes and the tradition of Barnstorming. Michelle, a long-time pilot tracks down a younger fellow pilot, Kal Mollison at a rock concert to inspire him back into the cockpit. Kal, a lead singer in a popular local band, shied away from flying after the fatal death of his friend in an air show accident. Michelle convinces him to take a mini Barnstorming excursion with her, flying in two rate antique biplanes – a Tiger Moth and a Jackeroo, to rekindle his spirit for flight. On their trip they meet some true grass roots flyers and WWII vets. In the end her plan succeeds and Kal is revved up to join Michelle in an epic Barnstorming trip across the country.
