The Jammers are riding on a wave of continent wide success! Last year they not only completed production of season two of Food Jammers, but they also starred in Peace Point’s first USA commission entitled Invention Nation. This 13 x :30 HD series debuted to record-setting numbers on Discovery Science Channel and continues to draw above-average audiences to the channel. The series showcases the passion they have for living life ‘green’ as they take a veggie-fueled short-bus across America in search of eco-inventors. Now the guys are back in Toronto shooting in their funky warehouse loft in West Toronto's hip Liberty Village.

"Curiosity about food is at the heart of what makes the Food Jammers Canada’s masterminds of creativity and construction," says Peace Point Entertainment Group president Les Tomlin. "The Food Jammers are not professionally-trained chefs but they are amongst the most adventurous and intrepid hosts making food TV today.”

Creating their own methods and recipes, using 'garage technology' and fascinating food facts, season three of the Food Jammers will feature one ‘ah ha’ moment after another. The spontaneity that comes from creating culinary contraptions and the drama that results from the very real question: ‘will it work?’ will keep all thirteen half hour episodes unpredictable and freewheeling.

Each episode of Food Jammers showcases our hosts exploring a cuisine type and then follows the creation of a culinary contraption to recreate their version of food stuffs; both every-day and unusual. The third season of Food Jammers will see the guys focusing even more on the food: What is it? Where did it come from? What’s the history? How is it conventionally made? How can the Jammers recreate it in their own unique Food Jammers way?

The series producer is Theresa Kowall-Shipp who recently produced The Designer Guys. Directing this season is Leslie Lucas who directed season one of Food Jammers and most recently directed Jetstream for Discovery Channel (Canada).
